Fire-fighting robots of various kinds are being mass produced at a robot production facility in north China's Hebei Province.
The categories of fire-fighting robots produced by CITIC HIC Kaicheng Intelligence in Tangshan city range from patrol inspection and fire detection to fire extinguishing.
With a complete range of specialized robot production lines, the factory now produces 500 fire-fighting robots a year. The robots have been widely applied across China to prevent industrial accidents and ensure urban public safety.
One of its explosion-proof firefighting robots features the highest water flow rate in China, which can reach 200 liters per second. It is intended for use mainly in large petroleum plants and oil tanks to prevent deadly fires.
